2 dead, 1 injured after off-road vehicle accident in Riverside – Press Enterprise

Two people have died after an off-road vehicle accident in La Sierra Hills in Riverside, officials said Friday, Dec. 31.

The incident was reported in the 11,300 block of Bentley Street around 2:50 p.m. Friday, according to a press release from the Riverside Fire Department.

Three people were in an off-road vehicle at the time of the accident, the fire brigade informs. Two were pronounced dead at the scene and the third sustained moderate injuries, officials said.

The cause of the accident was still under investigation late Friday, with Riverside police and the Sheriff’s Department on the scene.
