Reporting to the Director of Individual Giving, the Associate Director is a frontline fundraiser and strategic program
manager for Columbia Business School, with principle focus on the School’s annual fund and other giving initiatives designated by the
School’s leadership. The Associate Director plays a vital role in soliciting leadership donors to the School, overseeing critical
operations for the External Relations and Development Affinity Programs (Women’s Circle, Yellow Ribbon Program and the African
American Alumni Association Scholarship Fund), and maintaining key donor relationship inside and outside of the NY/tri-state region with the
aim of maximizing individual alumni giving to the School.

As a member of the Individual Giving team, one of the main objectives of
this position is to build and implement a sustainable global growth strategy for leadership giving ($2,500 and above) donor cultivation and
solicitation, with principal focus on increasing multi-year commitments to the annual fund between $50,000 and $250,000 annually.

The
Associate Director is expected to be a collaborative and strategic member of the Individual Giving team and may be responsible for
management of student workers or part-time employees. This individual will meet core and partnership values of teamwork, integrity,
accountability, and respect.
