Happy Thanksgiving from Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani!

The couple celebrates Turkey Day from the place where they formed ties: Oklahoma!

On Instagram Thursday, Stefani, 52, gave fans an insight into their festivities, which included a decorative table setting, festive floral arrangements and delicious cold cuts.

The singer shared several photos of their festivities, as well as a photo of her father Dennis holding a platter of food in a “Stefani” apron.

But perhaps the sweetest moment of all was a video of Shelton, 45, and her 7-year-old son Apollo Bowie Flynn packing their turkey into bacon together. In a follow-up snap, Stefani caught Apollo smiling next to the turkey, fully wrapped in bacon strips.

What does Stefani want for Christmas, though?

Earlier this month, Shelton remembered his wedding day and opened up to PEOPLE about why Stefanis’ promises meant so much to him.

“What got me was that she was talking about mine [late] brother and my father, as if she had almost known them, “said Shelton.” She did not make it seem like that, but it felt like that when she talked about them. She said she wished they were there and what kind of men she thinks they must have been. Man, that hit me. I could not believe how hard it hit me. “

He added: “I felt at this point that I had been roughed up in a way. I guess I am not because it completely killed me. It’s hard to remember what she said otherwise. I will never forget that feeling. . “

A source also told PEOPLE shortly before that the couple’s romance was going strong.

“Gwen and Blake are fine. They are behaving like newlyweds,” the source said at the time. “They have the best chemistry.”

With Christmas around the corner, the busy couple – Shelton are currently training in season 21 of The voice, while Stefani is working on a new album – looking forward to taking some time off in December and spending the season together.

“Gwen loves Christmas,” the source added. “She can not wait to enjoy some family time.”
