“Additional information will be provided as soon as it is available.”
A resident who lives just down the road from the murder scene said she had not heard anything overnight and only noticed that something had happened when she went out to the path to pick up her newspaper.
She had approached an officer, but he would not tell her anything.
The woman said the street was usually “very quiet” and the events that had unfolded felt “very strange”.
The incident happened on a number of occasions. Not everyone was obsessed, the woman said.
“They’re all new and it’s getting very dark down there.”
