“Yumi’s cells” and “Blurred” ratings are rising for their 2nd episode; “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” sees Dip

New dramas “The Veil” and “Yumi’s Cells” are on the rise!

On September 18, MBC’s “The Veil” saw a significant increase in viewership for its second episode. According to Nielsen Korea, the new spy drama starring Namgoong Min rose to an average nationwide rating of 8.0 percent and took first place in its time slot across all channels.

SBS’s new drama “One the Woman”, which airs at the same time slot and managed to beat the premiere of “The Veil” the night before, fell to an average nationwide rating of 7.1 percent for its second episode.

Meanwhile, Kim Go Eun’s new romantic comedy “Yumi’s Cells” saw a slight increase in viewership for its own second episode, which scored an average nationwide rating of 2.3 percent.

For the first time since the premiere, tvN’s “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” saw a modest drop in its ratings: the latest episode of the hit drama earned a nationwide average of 9.1 percent.

JTBC’s “Lost,” which has been steadily declining since the premiere, also dropped to an all-time low of 1.7 percent for its fifth episode.

Finally, KBS 2TV’s popular drama “Revolutionary Sisters” ended with an average nationwide rating of 28.9 percent for its series finale.
