Rittenhouse Trial Judge Demeanor justifies ‘Mistrial’

CNN anchor Don Lemon said Thursday during the handover from Chris Cuomo that Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Bruce Schroeder’s behavior during the Kyle Rittenhouse murder case is grounds for a “mistrial.”

Lemon said, “Can we talk about the judge?”

He continued, “I have sat and watched as a layman, just kind of seen this, seen this, seen this. I think the legal analysts because they are legal analysts and want to remain calm and they respect the judge. He’s ridiculous. His jokes are completely ridiculous. And today Chris says that someone who writes for a biased publication that has been positive about Kyle Rittenhouse who has spoken out against Black Lives Matter should be brought in so that juries can not decide what is bias and what is not, and what is relevant and what is not. “

He added: “For me – I do not think it works that way legally – but there is reason to be treated incorrectly. What are you doing? This guy may be legally right in things. I have listened to the legal people, but certainly his behavior, the way he speaks to the prosecution, the way he looks at Kyle Rittenhouse, as if he is his grandson, I mean, came America now. ”

Lemon concluded: “I hear right-wing experts make him this cord boy, as if he’s a kind of hero. OK, he’s a young child. He was wrong. I will give that to him. Maybe he defended his life. I will give that But going across state borders with an illegal AR-15 weapon and putting yourself in a situation that has nothing to do with him and you want to make him a hero? It’s outside the courtroom. “That’s the public opinion. But in the courtroom, how can anyone say that the judge is not biased and leans in a certain direction.”
