Melora Hardin reveals she lost 12 pounds during DWTS elimination

The Bold Type actress Melora Hardin feels like her best self mentally and physically, despite her elimination on Dancing With The Stars.

Melora Hardin feels like her best self despite her elimination Dance with the stars. The ABC competition started Monday’s live episode, with each remaining pair debuting two full performances before securing one of the four available seats in the final. The first routine was the redemption performance, where their matched referee gave them the task of rehearsing and performing a particular dance style that they had previously struggled with earlier in the season. Melora and her professional dancer, Artem Chigvintsev, were paired with a rather cheerful Len Goodman. The lead judge asked the duo to remake their rumba performance and gave The office alun et par pointer. Melora and Artem’s performance of “I Don’t Want To Wait” by Paula Cole received an overall score of 36 out of 40 by the judges. Len was the only judge to give the pair a perfect score.

After the first performance, Melora returned to the ballroom floor to perform a modern routine for “Thunder” by Imagine Dragons. Although the couple got the same score as their first routine, the judges highly praised the actress for her beautiful dance. Finally, Dance with the stars had another double elimination, with Melora, Olympic gymnast Suni Lee and TV personality Amanda Kloots in the bottom three. When Melora had the lowest number of votes, she was automatically eliminated. Suni, on the other hand, was sent to pack after the judges all decided to save Amanda and get the TV personality to compete in the final.

In a new interview with Screen Rant, Melora recalled the day she started the competition and hoped she would get “revet“Through the whole process.”My body looks incredible, according to my husband. I’ve lost 12 pounds“said Melora. Although the 54-year-old is excited to reach her goal, she admits her fit body was the least important thing she got through her dance experience.”I’ve gotten so much out of Artem, from just the amazing dance he’s got me to and helped me do … and learning to dance with a partner is so extraordinary. It’s unlike anything else. “Melora went on to praise her professional dancer for his ability to teach and choreograph, adding that she felt loved throughout her journey on Dance with the stars.

Later in the conversation, Artem was confused as to why the ABC show’s target demographic of middle-aged women would not vote for Melora after seeing how well she performed in a competition with people who were half her age. “I hate bringing up an age … But the one thing that I felt really sorry about is not knowing in how many seasons, someone your age reached that far. But the fact is, I do not understand why people are not behind this. People watching our show, the core audience, is what I do not understand. It makes no sense in my mind, “said Artem. The professional dancer continued her frustrations by explaining that there must be women of Melora’s age at home who are impressed with her ability to perform in the professional degree she has displayed week after week and still do not vote on her.

Regardless of Monday night’s results, Melora has broken down barriers for people her age to find success in the show. It’s beautiful to see Melora want to keep dancing and looking for roles that will require triple threat skills. Nevertheless, Melora has turned into a beautiful dancer, thanks to Dance with the stars.
