Taylor Swift dances with Miles Teller in new music video

I bet Jake Gyllenhaal is still thinking about his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift, that’s at least what fans think.

Since the infamous red knit scarf appeared in “I Bet You Think About Me”, it has been suggested that her latest breakup ballad is about her 40-year-old ex-boyfriend who is alleged to have never given Swift her scarf back after the couple broke up in 2010.

The real red dagger suspected of targeting Gyllenhaal, however, was that Swift released a 10-minute short film version of her 2012 icon “All Too Well” last Friday.

And the attack continues in Swift’s latest video, which contains a few important hints that it’s all about the “Nightcrawler” actor. The 31-year-old singer shares a dreamy slow dance with the alleged former lover Miles Teller, 34, during imaginative weddings in her latest music video “I Bet You Think About Me”.

That song is one of several newly recorded “Taylor” versions of songs from the singer’s “Red” era in 2012, which emerged after an ongoing dispute with her management.

Today, “I Bet You Think About Me” is a “From the Vault” track that didn’t actually make Swift’s original “Red” recording, so of course she made up for lost time with the long-awaited music video.

The video is directed by close friend Blake Lively, 34, and depicts an all-red wearing Swift crash Teller’s wedding, where he eats handfuls of a red velvet cake, messes around with guests and distracts Teller from his bride to be – “War Dogs” the actress’s actual wife and model Keleigh Sperry Teller, 29.

“I will never forget the first time I met you, I thought ‘Wowza!’ “She’s the most beautiful girl in the world. You had the sweetest eyes and the softest smile,” reads Teller, who reportedly shut down the footage of “The Offer” with a COVID outburst last summer, in an opening monologue, before being stunned by texts.

While the video and Taylor’s jokes continue, Teller eventually sees Swift as her own bride, and the two enjoy an enchanted slow dance like Jack and Roses in the finale of “Titanic,” before Taylor walks away and swaps her ex-husband for a red one. acoustic guitar.

As the tune follows, the all-white wedding turns red, and all in attendance begin to dance with Swift, as it is revealed that it is merely a fictional image of Teller’s fantasy, thinking of Swift rather than his own wife before getting married.

Fans had a field day where they responded to Twitter on the video, where one said “RIP to Jake Gyllenhaal, you had a good running bud.” Another fan wrote: “She DECIMERED Jake Gyllenhaal. AAAHHHHHHH.”

Despite the Twitter praise, the “Spider-Man: Far From Home” actor seemed “untouched by all the resurgent attention on his former relationship with Swift,” according to Page Six, which saw Gyllenhaal at the Hamilton Behind the Camera Awards in Los Angeles on evening.
