Laura Ingraham is having fun with Dr. Anthony Fauci during the Fox Nations Patriot Awards

Fox News host Laura Ingraham took the stage at the Fox Nations’ third annual Patriot Awards as the evening’s first presenter.

The “Ingraham Angle” host opened his remarks with a joke directed at Dr. Anthony Fauci.

“I see you in the fifth row with three stitches. Oh Dr. Fauci, thank you for coming.” Ingraham joked.

She quickly went on to introduce the award for Most Valuable Patriot, recognizing an athlete who represented patriotic values.

“Think of the most valuable players. They are indispensable to the team. They make a unique effort. And usually they make the victory possible. Without them, you will not have victory,” said Ingraham. “But our most valuable patriot definitely exudes a positive, infectious attitude. And that’s what we all want.”

Ingraham mentioned how so many athletes today use their platform to beat America, the recipient of the award for the most valuable patriot does the opposite.

“While so many athletes choose to use their platforms to criticize America, but never China, only America, our MVP uses her to share his love for his America,” she said.

Ingraham then presented the award for the most valuable patriot to Olympic gold medalist Tamyra Mensah-Stock.
