Ahead of “Selling Sunset”‘s fourth season, which premieres on November 24, Netflix shared the official first look at the latest series in the growing “Selling” franchise, “Selling Tampa.” The Florida-based spinoff, set for a premiere in December, will follow the owner and agents of the all-black, all-female company, Allure Realty.

According to Netflix, “owned by military veterinarian Sharelle Rosado, [Allure Realty] has its eyes set on dominating the sun coast. These ladies are just as funny as they are fiercely ambitious, where they all struggle to be on top of the lavish world of luxury properties on the waterfront. Sharelle has big plans for her brokerage business and will not let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams come true. ”

In addition to Rosado, the cast includes Alexis Williams, Anne-Sophie Petit, Colony Reeves, Juawana Williams, Karla Giorgio, Rena Frazier and Tennille Moore.
