Priyanka Chopra had sent her fans out in a massive meltdown after she dropped Jonas from her last name from her social media. This sparked rumors of her divorce from husband Nick Jonas. However, her mother Madhu Chopra was quick to throw away the rumors before they could spread like wildfire. And now Priyanka was spotted at a royal tomb in Nick Jonas’ acting career in their recently released Netflix show The Jonas Brothers Family Roast.
Hosted by Kenan Thompson, the first episode of the roast show featured Kevin, Joe and Nick and their partners Danielle Jonas, Sophie Turner and Priyanka Chopra. When Priyanka took the main stage, she fried her husband Nick like never before.
Priyanka continued to dig into Nick’s acting career, saying they are constantly teaching each other something. She said that while Nick has taught her to use TikTok, she has taught him ‘what a successful acting career looks like’.
“Nick and I have an age difference of 10 years. There are a lot of 90s pop culture references he does not understand and I have to explain it to him. He showed me how to use Tik Tok for example. You know and I showed him what a successful acting career looks like, ”she said.
Nick could not help but hide his face with his hands while his brothers laughed out loud with the audience. She also toasted the Jonas brothers and said that all 3 of them together do not have the number of followers she has on Instagram.
Later, Priyanka addressed the setback after she married Nick in 2018 and how people had started calling it an advertising stunt. “Since we got married, people have been questioning marriage. ‘Oh, that’s a publicity stunt. How could that be? I did not even know how famous Nick was. All I knew was that he was Kevin Jonas’ little brother,’ she said, adding: “Unless Chris Hemsworth suddenly became single.”
She then dropped the last bomb, saying she and Nick are the only couple who have not yet had a baby. To make it look like a pregnancy announcement, Priyanka said: “We are the only couple who do not have children yet. That’s why I’m excited to make this announcement. Sorry honey. Nick and I expect … to stay drunk tonight and slept out tomorrow ”and Nick breathed a sigh of relief.
