Joseph Baena follows his father, Arnold Schwarzenegger, into the family business – and people get a little crazy about it.
The 24-year-old posted a bodyless image from the film’s Honolulu set Lava and his muscles were lubricated and exposed. In a video he shared, he also bowed to the camera.
Joseph asked people to comment on what happened in this scene, but many could not get past his resemblance to Arnold. “As a father, as a son,” one wrote. “Predator 2.0,” said another. He was also called “Dutch Jr.”, “Young Conan” and “Little Arnold.” Some responded with famous Arnold movie lines – and others just wondered about genetics.

Acting is new to the recent college student, who is from Arnold’s affair with his and now divorced wife Maria Shriver’s longtime housekeeper, Mildred Baena, in the 1990s.
Joseph graduated from Pepperdine University in 2019 and started a career in residential real estate, but there has been interest in acting. In 2016, he made his father’s famous “bad to the bone” scene from Terminator 2: Judgment Day as an abbreviation for a film festival. He has a role in the film Wagon, in which John Malkovich participates and is expected in 2022, as well as two smaller films in the making.
Lava proclaimed as first fully crypto-funded film. It is produced by Bitflix, which calls itself the first Hollywood movie nonfungible (NFT) marketplace. Joseph is dubbed “the Bitflix Movie NFT Ambassador.” In a press release about the film, Arnold is mentioned more than once.
Joseph is not the only one of Arnold’s children in the film industry. Patrick Schwarzenegger, one of the only Arnolds children to have been seen in public with his half-siblings, has starred in several films, including midnight Sun with Bella Thorne. Of course, Arnold’s son-in-law, Chris Pratt, also has a few movie credits.
Earlier this year, however, Joseph said he was going his own way.
“I follow in my father’s footsteps because I do my own thing,” he told the tabloid. Daily mail. “I pursue acting because I want to pursue acting. So really, the pressure is only from myself.”
Joseph went on to say, “I like to just focus on myself … There is no time to focus on these distractions: What is everyone else saying about you? What is everyone talking about you? There is no time for that. … I do not know. Do not really listen to too much of the things that go on on social media and such. “
Joseph, who is often seen with Arnold, including at the gym, added: “I put myself under a lot of pressure to be amazing, not to be lazy in a way. I want to succeed in whatever I do. I want to like to show myself that I put 100 percent effort into everything. “
