Sara Ali Khan made one of the most promising debuts in recent times with Kedarnath back in 2018, followed by a blockbuster like Simmba, which gave her the best of both worlds in Bollywood within the framework of her very first two films. Many even felt that she embodied the best aspects of both parents Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh – two wonderful actors in their own right – while giving a glimpse of Sharmila Tagore, while also radiating all that naughtiness and sauce from a modern-day actress; basically a dream combination of past and present. BollywoodLife participated in a special preview of the Atrangi Re-trailer starring Sara Ali Khan and director Aanand L. Rai as company. After the trailer preview, we had a chat with Sara Ali Khan and made our feelings known, especially the ‘Amrita Singh’ analogy, which she closed her eyes to and bent slightly in her signature style, appreciation and etched across her face. When we said that while we loved Simmba and Coolie # 1 was completely in the masala genre, we felt that with Atrangi Re, she expanded the talent and skills we saw in Kedarnath, the actress simply said, “Yes , you do it “Do not even have to explain, an artist knows when they have really performed well.” Read also – Thugs of Hindostan, Mohejo Daro, Jaan-E-Mann and 7 other HYPED Bollywood movies that promised a box office but ended up as FUSKI BOMBS – see photos

Atrangi Re, who also stars Akshay Kumar and Dhanush, is produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-series and directed by Aanand L. Rai. It will be released on Disney + Hotstar on December 24th.
