The secret Jeffrey Epstein deal, which Prince Andrew believes protects him from his sexual assault trial, is expected to be released on Monday.
The deceased pedophile entered into the agreement in 2009 with longtime prosecutor Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who is currently suing Andrew, 61, for allegedly having sex with her three times when she was 17.
The British royal has insisted that the sealed deal protects him and others “from any liability” because Epstein intended it to cover anyone Giuffre might sue.
Manhattan federal judges Loretta Preska and Lewis Kaplan ruled last month that the deal will be announced sometime Monday.
In their ruling, the judges questioned, “whether an appropriate purpose would serve with the continued secrecy of the document except perhaps dollar amount settlement took care of it. “

The expected release comes in a crucial week in the case, with a hearing scheduled for Tuesday to hear Andrews’ proposal to dismiss the case.
Giuffre has long claimed that she was forced by Epstein and his convicted wife, Ghislaine Maxwell, to have sex three times with the British royal after being presented to him in 2001 in London.
Andrew, the second son of Queen Elizabeth II, has not been charged with crime and has vehemently denied allegations that he was dumped from royal duties.

Last week, his close friend Maxwell – daughter of the disgraced media baron Robert Maxwell – was convicted of his role in delivering underage girls to Epstein, who had been her longtime girlfriend.
Maxwell, dubbed a “sophisticated predator” who committed “one of the worst crimes imaginable”, risks up to 65 years in prison.
A few hours after the sentencing, Giuffre said she “will always remember this day. “

“My soul longed for justice for years, and today the jury gave me just that,” she tweeted.
“I hope today is not the end, but rather another step in justice. Maxwell did not act alone. Others must be held accountable. I believe they will be,” she wrote.
Epstein, 66, died in prison in 2019, says a victim of the suicide authorities while awaiting trial on charges of child sex.
