Position Summary:

The Associate Director, Partnership Programs is a role that provides the critical development, leadership, and
operational management of programs we produce in conjunction with our corporate partners, students, and faculty for the New York City Media
Lab. The Media Lab’s corporate partner memberships include funding for research and innovation challenges. The role exists to act as a
bridge between projects and our partners, provide clarity to timelines and deliverables, manage scheduling and program demo days. In
addition, manages and develops initial pitches, project scopes, timelines, and stakeholder agreements. The Associate Director will work
closely with the Director of Partnerships and New Initiatives and NYC Media Lab team to accomplish team goals, projects and activities.

Qualifications:

Required
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related area

Preferred Education:
Master’s Degree in Marketing,
engineering or related fields.

Required Experience:
5+ years experience managing programs with student and
faculty resources, ability to work with corporate partners to set goals and objectives, and managing risk of ‘scope expansion’ to keep
project budget and resources on track.

Preferred Experience:
5+ years program management in corporate,
educational, or public/private partnership environments. Supervision experience.

Required Skills, Knowledge and
Abilities:

A comfortable understanding of emerging tech, including but not limited to AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language
Processing, Virtual and Augmented Reality, Gaming, Computer Vision, Motion and Volumetric Capture, Mis and Disinformation, and other
evolving technologies that impact media, tech, and society.
