Not about bling. Scheana Shay showed support for the fiancé Brock Davies after the morganite engagement ring he gave her was interrogated by Water pump rules seere.
After fans watched Brock, 30, buy the special piece of jewelry in the Tuesday, January 4 episode of the Bravo series, a social media user pointed out that it was not the typical diamond engagement ring. Scheana, 36, responded to the tab and tweeted: “It’s still 12.74 carats. Why does it matter which stone? 🤦🏻♀️.”
The reality star, who shares 10-month-old daughter Summer Moon with Brock, later explained to another follower on Wednesday, Jan. 5, that she “did not want a diamond,” adding, “Morganites are beautiful and so important.”
Scheanas costs Ariana Madix showed his support for the couple in the midst of criticism, tweeting: “People with diamond superiority complexes make me laugh.”
In Tuesday’s episode, Brock tried to put together a surprising engagement and wedding event for the “Good as Gold” singer. The former rugby player originally received the $ 25,000 ring – which he paid for with several credit cards – from the jeweler Kyle Chan.
The Australian native originally signed up Lala Kent and Randall Emmett to help him with the proposal, but changed his mind after the venue fell through. In the new episode, Brock requested that Ariana, 36, and Tom Sandoval help him perform a secret wedding ceremony during James Kennedy and Raquel Leviss‘destination engagement party.
After Brock’s various decisions confused fans, Ariana took to social media to explain how the ongoing coronavirus pandemic played a role in the halted plans.
“I feel compelled to tell you that we missed 7-10 days of filming, for example, a covid scare, and we went from having several events that this proposal could be done by, to almost nothing left. there was nothing normal about trying to film in the middle of covid, “tweeted the former SUR bartender after the episode aired.” For example, there was supposed to be a party in a really cozy house in the hills that would have been perfect, but then it was taken away bc covid. I really wanted to be able to help Brock make this happen, but unfortunately. ”
Brock, for his part, addressed the way he has been portrayed in season 9 so far.
“When actions speak louder than words. Not my proudest moments to come up with VPR but I will be the first to say so, ”he wrote along with an Instagram photo of his family on Tuesday. “Thank you for watching, thank you for the feedback and thank you for the opportunity. I take my lessons in my stride and I learn from them.”
Although the Homebody app owner apparently ended up not asking the question until later in the season, Scheana admitted she did not expect to have it filmed for the Bravo series.
“He wanted to date me this season, and we’re approaching our last week filming. Time was limited,” Scheana clarified via Twitter on Wednesday. “And honestly, I did not care if it was on camera or off. “I already had a proposal on the show. I just want to marry my daughter’s father because he’s the love of my life.”
Water pump rules sent on Bravo Tuesdays at 21.00 ET.
