

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – David Casals, who investigators say practices law in Palm Beach and the Broward Counties, was charged with attempting to smuggle cocaine, disguised as legal documents, to Palm Beach County Jail. After an extensive investigation, tests, interviews, and search warrants, detectives were able to obtain an arrest warrant for attorney Casals.
Today, Attorney Casals indulged in the Palm Beach County Sheriffs’ Office Jail. He was charged with trafficking in cocaine, a first-degree crime, supply of cocaine, a second-degree crime and the introduction of contraband in a county facility. He paid out $ 58,000.
