CHICAGO (CBS) – It is clear and cold Monday night with temperatures around zero and wind cold between -10 to -15 degrees.

According to CBS 2 chief meteorologist Albert Ramon, they will blow southerly winds that will allow for warming temperatures on Tuesday. Highlights will be in the upper 20s and low 30s, but despite some sunshine, a gust of wind will make it feel colder.

It will be mostly cloudy with heights in the middle to the upper 30s on Wednesday. Thursday offers the possibility of light snow showers with heights in the mid-30s.

The best chance of snow this week will be Friday night through Saturday. Temperatures will be in the upper 20 degrees and low 30 degrees this weekend.
