Rebel Wilson has revealed the very simple way she lost 35 kg (77 lbs) during her ‘Year of Health’ in 2020.

In an interview with Apple Fitness +, the 41-year-old actress admitted that walking – instead of doing endless high-intensity workouts – has actually been her secret weapon for weight loss.

Rebel said a doctor at a health center had advised her to start walking, insisting it was the ‘best way’ for her to lose pounds.

‘The doctor said to me,’ Rebel, the best way for you to lose unwanted body fat is to simply go, ‘she explained.

‘Does not have to be high-intensity, does not have to be uphill, only moderately walk one hour a day. And if you can do it, for you, for your body type, then it’s the best way to lose unwanted body fat. ‘

In May, the Fat Pizza star honestly admitted that she felt ‘sorry’ that she had waited until she was 40 to embrace a healthier lifestyle.

“Now that I know I can do it, I sometimes feel sorry I did not do it before,” she told InStyle.

Rebel admitted she has always been ‘a bit of a late developer’, saying she wished she ‘tried when I was 30, not 40’.
