Black Surface Go 3 is now available, but not if you want the cheapest 2-in-1

Microsoft’s Surface Go 3 can now be purchased in a new matte black color variant, but no base model means that the entrance fee is much higher.

That Microsoft Surface Go 3 is now available in black, and offers another color option to buyers. Microsoft is one of the leading brands when it comes to 2-in-1 removable Windows computers, and its Surface Go 3 is the cheapest model. For under $ 400, it’s an alternative for those who do not want an iPad or a Chrome OS 2-in-1 laptop.

While some brands will release a device in all of the planned color options at launch, there are others whose modus operandi is to announce a new color option months after the product has been released. While a new color variant may be the push buyers need to buy a product, the real winner tends to be the manufacturer, which not only gets more units sold, but also gets added press coverage for the latest version.
