About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Director Undergraduate & Graduate Enrollment Management, the graduate administrative coordinator will serve as the point of contact to manage all fellowships, internal, external SGA, GSS, Diversity and department awards as part of the enrollment management team for new and continuing PhD and Master’s level students. The graduate administration coordinator will assist with timely creation of award letters to coincide with offers of admission to Bouve for MS and PhD students. Monitor and track graduate and PhD stipend/tuition accounts consistent with university policy. Timely monitoring of awards for continuing students with SFS as needed. The position will assist with Conditional Accept tracking of missing admission materials for all graduate programs and communicate items to be submitted within the first semester of enrollment. As the administrator for this process, this position will communicate with applicants as needed and place administrative holds as needed to ensure compliance and materials are received. The conditional accept tracking will be for all incoming Bouve MS/Phd students.


Bachelor’s degree required. 2 – 3 years of administrative experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Administrative work experience in higher education, health care, or related field.
