Jamie Lynn Spears says she is unable to assess Britney Spearsmental state, but that was exactly what she did in her book, which clearly suggests that her big sister had mental health issues.
In an interview aired Wednesday night on “Nightline,” Jamie admitted that she wrote in her memoirs that Britney’s behavior over the years was “irregular,” “paranoid,” and “spiral-shaped.”
She described an incident in the book where she says Britney took a knife and locked herself and Jamie Lynn inside a room and said she was scared. As for why she included the story … Jamie Lynn basically said that the book was a memoir and she told stories that had an impact on her life … namely she says she suffers from panic attacks from the past trauma.
Until now, it seemed like Jamie Lynn was trying it out extend an olive branch to Britney, but based on what we now know she says in the book, she’s clearly trying to argue that Britney has serious mental health issues.
She also says that her relationship with Britney fell apart during the pandemic, and tells a story where she says that Britney held her little child, Ivey and got into Jamie Lynn’s face and cursed at her. Jamie Lynn says her 12-year-old daughter tried to mediate the situation. As for their parents’ reaction … Jamie Lynn says it was simple … Do not be upset Britney – and that made Jamie Lynn angry.
Britney is at war with her family, and that includes Jamie Lynn, who Britney says has tried to profit from her during the conservatory.
