The media personality recently admitted that he is struggling to maintain his new slim physique after a huge weight loss of six stones.

Chris spoke with Ross Kemp on his podcast The Kempcast and admitted that he still suffers from body dysmorphy, despite having shrunk from 18 stones to 12 stones.

The comedian detailed his strict regimen of weighing himself daily and barely eating all day Monday-Friday before enjoying the weekend.

He said: ‘Before the lockdown, Monday, Wednesday, Friday I would do the show, we would have a quick meeting … and then I would come to the gym and train 11-12 or 11-1, depending on how fat I am felt me. I’m feeling really fat at the moment!

‘I’m fascinated by body dysmorphy because I really have a problem with body dysmorphy that I think most people have. I lost six stones from my worst weight when I was 18 stones!

‘I know my body really well now and I’m still learning. I did not have the metabolism as an 18-year-old girl or boy, I just do not.

He continued: ‘I will and people do not believe me but I weigh myself six days a week and I know you should not and I know it is not for everyone but I do so I can learn about how my body works.

‘I train Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and I want to see what I eat and I eat very little. I fast periodically and I eat at. 6.30pm or 7pm and I’m fine. I have to do that from the weekends I have. ‘

After previously stating that he thought he would “die as a 50-year-old” if he did not make an overhaul of his diet, Chris has managed to lose weight by dropping bread and booze, participating in five-day detoxes and embark on a strict fitness regime.
