Travis Scott has been in hot water since his infamous Astroverden music festival in november 2021. The annual festival is filled with musical performances in a carnival atmosphere and is usually a fun event. However, his latest Astroverden the event ended in horror as the crowd became uncontrollable, leaving many of his fans either crushed or trampled down.

Ten people died during the rave, while hundreds were injured, many in need of hospitalization due to injuries sustained at the event. According to reports, the event prompted the Houston Police Department to launch a full investigation as some videos show festival-goers being ignored after telling event coordinators that people fainted and died.

Travis Scott and his team has since been targeted for the neglect shown during his show, which many fans believe should have been stopped, or put on pause when they were informed that the audience was getting too rowdy. The incident led to Travis Scott receives criticism everywhere on social media where many believe he and his team should be prosecuted for the event.

After months of silence, things are starting to get hotter again, as the Houston Police Department recently asked Astroverden participants to send pictures and videos that they may have of the “main area” from kl. 8pm to 11pm to the FBI website.

In a statement issued on January 14, 2022, the Houston Police Department stated:

The Houston Police Detectives have already seen countless hours of video evidence as part of our ongoing investigation into the Astroworld event … To ensure we have captured all possible evidence for a complete investigation, we have partnered with the Federal Bureau of Investigation for additional technical assistance. “

Travis Scott denies his responsibility for the unfortunate event when he was standing on stage at the time and performing.
