Director behind Halloween, John Carpenter, Loves Halo Infinite

John Carpenter played Halo infinite, the latest game in the long-running Xbox franchise, and he loved it. In fact, the famous director called it “Best of the glory series “in a recent tweet.

Last night, Carpenter tweeted a brief but very positive review of the latest Halo game. “HALO INFINITE is a fun shooting game. Extremely beautiful production design. Best of glory series.”

As you might expect, some people who worked on the latest glory the game was excited to see Carpenter’s tweet.

“This is not a dream !! Pyha. Time to revisit Prince of Darknessreplied Frank O’Connor, the franchise’s creative director for glory at Microsoft.

“Wow. Thank you for spending your creative time in our world. And happy birthday tomorrow!” replied Bonnie Ross, founder and leader of glory developers 343 Industries.

You might be thinking: Hey, wait, the guy behind classic movies likes Halloween and Escape from New York played glory? How strange! But actually, it’s not weird at all. Carpenter has a long history of video games and has often shared his thoughts on games on Twitter.

Back in 2017, he explained that he would get far in Fate 2, Narrator The Guardian in an interview that he thought the game was fun and that he kept him “out of trouble” by playing it.

IN 2013 and 2014, Huge bomb interviewed Carpenter via email about video games and asked the instructor what made him play and what some of his favorites were.
