Job Summary

Under minimal
supervision, responsible for organizing, and controlling a portfolio of internal university partners and managing projects pertaining to the
development and delivery of new and existing online programs. This person acts as a catalyst between University Connected Learning and its
internal customers and staff to ensure continuity and quality of service and care. This position works as part of the Academic and
Professional Programs team.

HYBRID WORK OPPORTUNITY: Employees must reside in the state of Utah but will have the opportunity to work
a hybrid schedule of in person and remote work.


  • Manages projects and works with
    partner programs, internal service providers, and other internal and external stakeholders to effectively develop, launch, and maintain
    their courses and programs.
  • Serves as primary point of contact for campus programs in assigned program portfolio
  • Works with
    partnership programs and UCL service teams to ensure customer satisfaction by communicating issues and questions with project courses and
    guiding stakeholders to quick, accurate solutions; provides appropriate follow-through
  • Assists in setting and achieving goals
    related to the partnership alongside UCL Directors and Associate Directors
  • Collects, Analyzes, and shares resulting completion data,
    trends and recommendations with stakeholders 
  • Gathers, tracks, updates, audits and organizes UCL partner contact data in our
    customer relationship management system (Salesforce).
  • Thinks creatively and systematically to help improve operational processes.
    Recommends, drives, and implements process improvements that support scalability and learner and partner growth.
  • Participates in
    University-wide committees to establish customer service standards and administrative plans and policies

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related area of assignment or
equivalency and 4 years of progressively more responsible project management experience. Background knowledge of assigned department’s area
of specialization in order to analyze, plan and draw conclusions for recommendations to superiors. Demonstrated leadership skills in
planning and directing projects and processes in order to effectively manage assigned programs and to ensure the smooth operation of
