Former FBI agent confirms allegations that Jamie Spears planted ‘recording device’ in Britney’s bedroom

A former FBI agent confirms allegations that Jamie Spears spied on her daughter Britney during her conservatory, according to new legal documents filed by the pop star’s lawyer.

Britney’s lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, made a statement on behalf of the 40-year-old former FBI agent Sherine Ebadi, who supported allegations that Jamie instructed Black Box Security ‘to place a secret recording device in Ms. Spears ‘bedroom’, E! News reported.

Britney Spears’ lawyers hired the former federal agent, who is currently overseeing forensic investigations for a private company, to investigate allegations made by a former security firm employee who is tasked with caring for the star.

After an investigation, Ebadi confirmed the allegations that Jamie had a listening device secretly planted in Britney’s bedroom.

Ebadi was told by Alex Vlasov, the former Black Box security guard, that under Jamie’s instructions, a recording decided to be taped ‘behind furniture so they could not be seen’ in Britney’s bedroom.

A ‘separate battery pack’ as allegedly also added to the hidden device ‘to allow continuous recording for a longer period of time.’

“Communication between Ms. Spears and her personal court-appointed attorney, Sam Ingham, was among the private communications that Black Box and Mr. Spears oversaw,” Ebadi wrote in the statement.

“Communication between Ms. Spears and her personal court-appointed attorney, Sam Ingham, was among the private communications that Black Box and Mr. Spears oversaw,” Ebadi wrote in the statement.

‘Sir. Vlasov told me that Mr. Spears was particularly interested in his daughter’s attorney-client communication and wanted regular updates from Black Box on the content of these privileged messages.

The ‘monitoring of Mrs Spears’ communication with her lawyer continued until at least 2020, then [Black Box owner Edan Yemini] instructed Mr. Vlasov to cease reviewing attorney-client privileged communications. ‘

According to the statement, Ebadi felt that the results of her investigation of the case ‘raise criminal implications’ for Jamie Spears.

She added that Jamie, who oversaw Britain’s 13-year-old conservatory, ‘engaged in and instructed others to engage in unscrupulous violations of [Britney’s] privacy and civil liberties, ”Page Six reported.

When Ebadi’s bombing was filed in a Los Angeles court ahead of a January 19 hearing, Britney was spotted driving in her Thousand Oaks neighborhood.

The circus singer was seen in the driver’s seat on a solo ride in her white Mercedes coup wearing white aviator sunglasses.

Driving alone is new to Spears, who was barred from doing so under the guidance of her longtime, strict conservatory, which was finally abandoned a few months ago.

The allegations that Jamie Spears was spying on his daughter were first raised by a former Black Box Security employee in a New York Times documentary about the hitmaker Controlling Britney Spears.

Kroll Associates, the private company where Ebadi works, also concluded that Black Box was paid $ 6 million for their services, according to the new court documents.

Following the explosive charges in late September 2021, Britney’s legal team reportedly swept her mansion for errors and surveillance cameras by Kroll Associates.

Walls, furniture, decor, doors, vents and ceilings were all allegedly searched for hearing aids or other covert surveillance by Ebadi’s company.

In her statement, Ebadi said she interviewed the former security guard about his ‘disturbing allegations’ in the documentary shortly after it aired on Hulu.

‘I confirmed the Times’ report on Mr. Spears’ extensive surveillance efforts, including by Ms. Spears ‘lawyer-client communication and private conversations in her bedroom,’ she said in this latest statement.

Deadline previously reported that the FBI was investigating whether the law had been broken, and Jamie insisted that his daughter was aware of the surveillance arrangements. California law requires both parties to consent to a conversation being recorded.

The actions were taken before a judge officially put a stop to her conservatory on November 12th.

At the time, Britney’s lawyer said the allegations’ reinforce the need to suspend Mr. Spears immediately. ‘

‘Sir. Spears has crossed unfathomable lines, ‘said the singer’s lawyer in a simultaneous trial. “While not evidence, the allegations warrant a serious investigation, determined by Ms. Spears, as California is, among other things, a ‘two-party’ state of consent.”

“All of his actions were within the authority that the court granted him,” a Jamie Spears lawyer told the Times when the documentary was released. “His actions were carried out with the knowledge and consent of Britney, her court-appointed lawyer and / or the court.”

His furious remarks were a reference to a New York Times documentary published on Hulu describing the surveillance allegations.

Alex Vlasov, a former employee of Black Box Security, told The New York Times that Spears’ phone calls and messages were secretly recorded as part of her 13-year-old conservatory, overseen by her father.

“All of his actions were within the authority that the court granted him,” a Jamie Spears lawyer told the Times when the documentary was released.

“His actions were carried out with the knowledge and consent of Britney, her court-appointed lawyer and / or the court. Jamie’s record as a conservator – and the court’s approval of his actions – speaks for itself. ‘

She also paralyzed her mother Lynne Spears for not supporting her in the wake of her breakup with Justin Timberlake.

Recently, the Spears sisters have been throwing barbs at each other on social media, with Britney calling Jamie Lynn a ‘scumbag’ and accusing her of inventing stories to sell her new book.

Both sisters have admitted that their public saliva is “cloverleaf” and should be made private, but neither of them seems to be listening to their own advice.
