Frontier Airlines returns to Midway Airport

CHICAGO – For the first time in almost seven years, Frontier Airlines planes will soon fly out of Chicago Midway International Airport.

As of April, Frontier will be the sixth airline to offer Midway service.

Despite the pandemic’s recent challenges over the past two years, Frontier representatives say the airline is preparing to return to pre-COVID travel vacations.

“From April 28, Frontier will connect the Chicago Midway with Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Las Vegas, the Los Angeles Basin through Ontario, California, Phoenix Sky Harbor, Tampa, Trenton, New Jersey and beginning in mid-October, Orlando and Fort Lauderdale, ”said airline spokesman Josh Flyr.
