Encounters with Celebi and a Shiny Gyarados are some of the possible rewards players can get during the upcoming Pokémon GO Tour: Johto event.
In preparation for the upcoming event, Pokémon GO recently revealed that fans will have a chance to meet Celebi as well as Shiny Gyarados during Leadership tour. The festivities in the game are set for February 26, 2022 and will look like Kanto-tur that happened around the same time last year.

Tickets to attend the event are now on sale for $ 11.99 USD and will give players access to unique tasks and challenges during the event. 12 new Shiny Pokémon will be added to the mobile title soon Leadership tour, completes the addition of all Shiny Pokémon that are descended from Pokémon gold and silver to the augmented reality title. As the date approaches, Niantic has become more accommodating with some new details for the February event, claiming it will continue to do so in the coming days.
Pokémon GO revealed some of the rewards that players can expect to complete the special research missions available during Leadership tour. In addition to acquiring items to develop Pokémon and Rocket Radar pieces, fans can be treated to encounters with Celebi as well as Shiny Gyarados for their hard work. Capturing the former pocket monster during this event will allow Celebi to know the Magical Leaf attack. Before players can do any of this, however, they will first be met with not just choosing from Gold version and Silver version, but also which Pokémon out of Chikorita, Cyndaquil and Totodile will accompany them on their adventure. The Pokémon that is selected will be involved in a player’s tasks throughout the duration of the turn.
Fans who buy their tickets for Pokémon GO Guided tour: Management before February 10 will be treated with Season of Heritage February Timed Research. This bonus content includes research missions that reward players with a Noibat Hat avatar item as well as an encounter with the flying, dragon-type Pokémon.
