Demon Slayer returns in October for the Mugen Train Arc Adaptation

Demon Slayer is officially set to return later this year, with Funimation confirming that Mugen togbue will stream on its platform from next month.

Demon Slayer: Mugen Train Arc begins streaming on Funimation on October 10, 2021, adapting the popular movie into a seven-episode arc. Even if you have seen the movie, there will be a reason to tune in as Mugen togbue will include 70 additional scenes, new music tracks, new open and closing animations and theme songs.

The arch also aims to connect the Unwavering Resolve Arc with the upcoming Entertainment District Arc. It will also feature an unprecedented original episode of Kyojuro Rengoku taking on a new mission en route to the Mugen train.

Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- Movies: Mugen Train is directed by Haruo Sotozaki. Aniplex of America and Funimation handled the distribution of the film to Australia, North America, the United Kingdom and Australia. Demon Slayer began as a manga series written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge. It was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from February 2016 to May 2020.
