Marvel Cinematic Universe and Star wars the universe is multiplying in 2022 with Mutliverse, and Disney + is the streaming service that every Marvel fan must have to see new heroes and villains join MCU. Despite the wild success Disney has experienced with Marvel content on Disney +, fans have had enough with the length of each series’ seasons.

Disney + ushered in a new era of one Star wars history with The Mandalorian at the launch of the platform. The eight-episode seasons kept fans entertained with the wild adventure of Din Djarin / Mandalorian (Pedro Pascal), Cara Dune (Gina Carano) and Grogu.
But as time progressed, it seems that each new Star wars and the Marvel project released on the platform is getting shorter and shorter. In the wake of the coming Knights of the Moon series receiving only six episodes, fans of both franchises shout Disney out:

It really depends. Do we get 24-30 minute episodes of jokes and nonsense with 5 minutes of actually compelling story? Unfortunately, this is the D + issue. Peacemaker is full of jokes, but the 45-50 minute driving time balances it out. There are also 8 sections. Perfect.

Marvel series like vovehals on Netlfix features 13 one-hour episodes in all three seasons, prompting many fans to request more content from both Marvel Studios and Lucasfilm.
Nevertheless, it’s common practice to shorten the seasons with new content on streaming platforms outside of Disney + only, where HBO Max only releases eight episodes for the brand new Founder of Peace series.

The book about Boba Fett received only a seven-episode treatment on Disney +, which fueled this ever-growing feud among audiences on the streaming platform. What’s more, while WandaVision started MCU’s streaming with nine episodes, newer series like Hawkeye and Loki only received six episodes to tell massive stories.

What’s more, the much awaited Star wars series Obi-Wan Kenobi is only six episodes long, the shortest of any George Lucas series to date. With Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen on a historic return, fans are fighting over Star wars.
While the limited series reportedly shows hour-long episodes, it’s clear that each Star wars fan and Marvel fan hoping for more content.

Tom Holland’s Avenger Leads Marvel Cinematic Universe Newcomer Kate Bishop, Ms. Marvel / Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani), Moon Knight (Oscar Isaac), Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn), She-Hulk (Tatiana Maslany), Eternals’ Then (Angelina Jolie) and more – especially with his neighbor Spider Man trilogy that is in the works.

As a result, upcoming series like Hun-Hulk, Echo, and Knights of the Moon is just the tip of the iceberg in the upcoming Marvel streaming series.

2022 alone is set to bid Obi-Wan Kenobi, Andor, The bad batch season two, and reportedly The Mandalorian season three, giving fans more than enough content to enjoy until feature films hit theaters again.
