11:50 PT – Horatio’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler, denies the charges in the trial and calls the woman’s allegations “categorically false” and “ridiculous”.
Horatio’s lawyer also tells TMZ … “Before bringing this case anonymously, she demanded $ 7.5 million in exchange for her silence. We, of course, rejected and will strongly contest these completely worthless claims.”
Horatio Sanz allegedly nurtured a young ‘SNL’ fan for sex and sexually assaulted her at an after-party when she was a minor … this according to a new lawsuit.
The former “Saturday Night Live” star is being sued by a Pennsylvania woman who claims he groped her breasts and her butt and digitally penetrated her without her consent to an ‘SNL’ party back in the day in front of many NBC -employees .
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Horatio had allegedly sexually assaulted the girl back in May 2002, when she was 17, while she had booze on booze at a couple of ‘SNL’ parties in New York City.
The prosecutor, who is suing Jane Doe, claims she started talking to Horatio when she was 15 and ran an ‘SNL’ fan site. In the documents, she claims that Horatio immediately began caring for her, was flirtatious and loving as they met in person and steered online conversations in an increasingly sexual direction.
In the documents, the woman claims that Horatio knew she was a minor when he allegedly sexually assaulted her and says NBC should have known but never stepped in.
In her suit, Horatio’s accusers claim she became depressed and ashamed after the alleged sexual assault … and she turned to “dissociative drugs” as a means of self-medication and was eventually hospitalized for treatment.
She claims she ran into Horatio in 2019 at a comedy event in NYC, where he admitted to having “cybersex” with her and masturbated during their online convoys when she was a minor. She also claims that he later embarrassed in text messages to feel horrible about his actions and promised that he was now a different person.
The woman is suing Horatio, NBCUniversal and ‘SNL’ Studios and is suing them for damages.
We reached out to Horatio and ‘SNL’ … so far, no word left.
