ICCE Leadership, Customer Service and Communications Skills (Adjunct) Instructor


Job Description:
Adjunct Instructors deliver Leadership, Communications, Emotional Intelligence, Grammar
skills and Customer Service training using a wide range of media and teaching methods. To meet the needs of our students and client
organizations, Corporate and Continuing Education instructors have relevant workplace/professional experience and bring real world knowledge
into the learning environment.

Supplemental Job Information:
The College is seeking applicants to
teach part-time for upcoming semesters. Applications will remain actively on file for one year. To be considered, applicants must have been
awarded the qualifying degree. The position requires the following responsibilities: (1) classroom expectations to arrive 15 minutes before
the class begins, (2) classroom maintenance is of the utmost importance, (3) classroom management to ensure all students meet their learning
objectives, (4) proper paperwork including evaluations are completed and delivered to appropriate coordinator by the end of the class, (5)
training methods are appropriate to the course curriculum, (6) provide instructor-led delivery and on occasions webinar delivery, (7)
provide technology consultation and (8) contribute and/or develop curriculum for new courses.

Qualifications:

The position requires at least a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Management or Education and requires at
least five years of prior-related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer applicants with
Development Dimensions International (DDI) certifications.

Pay Rate:

ICCE Leadership, Customer Service and Communications Skills (Adjunct) Instructors will be paid $40
for Subject-Matter Expert classroom training.
