Netflix revenge thriller Cute girl with Jason Momoa and Isabela Merced in the lead role is now streamed. The film is the latest from director Brian Andrew Mendoza and sees Momoa looking for revenge after his wife’s death.
Both actors had high praise for the stunt team they worked with, the student, and Merced said it was the funniest thing she’s ever had to do stunts and hopes for a sequel with even more action.
“[I’m playing] authorized characters only. It was so much fun because they got to do a lot of action scenes and I have always loved action movies, ”Merced told ComingSoon. “Especially this stunt team, their name is 87eleven, and they worked on some of my favorite action movies ever. So I really wanted to, ‘Oh my God, I’m Charlize. Charlize Theron i Atomic Blonde. ‘As if it’s actually happening. It was amazing. I can not wait. As if there might be a sequel, hopefully there is time for more action. But just like I really hope it is soon and with the same stunt team, because they were just absolutely amazing and made everything so fun. I’ve never had so much fun doing my own stunts. ”

Momoa also praised the stunt team and how they were able to perform realistic fight scenes.
“I think that was what we wanted to do,” Momoa told ComingSoon. “Especially with our stunt team 87eleven. I really wanted to portray a father who would teach his daughter certain skills. I mean, those are the things I would definitely teach my daughter, and I do jiu-jitsu and kickboxing and stuff like that. So it’s something we wrote from what we know and what we love, and that’s why we produced the piece. I love making a contemporary film about an everyday man. ”
