Josh Altman say Betty White‘s home will never get open house treatment – or at least it should not – if and when her family decides to put it up for sale.
We got the star ‘Million Dollar Listing’ on Robertson Blvd. in Beverly Hills and asked what a potential sale of Betty’s longtime home in Brentwood might look like, and his answer is … it would not look like much to the public.
Josh says this is because every real estate agent who is worth their salt makes sure to screen every potential buyer before setting foot in the home. He says that when it comes to high-profile properties, they always weed out super fans who just want to take a few pictures.
Even people who meet the criteria for pre-screening would have some do’s and don’ts when checking out Betty’s home in person – Josh says taking pictures would be on the list of don’t.
TMZ broke the story … Betty died at her home the last morning of 2021, and fans quickly flocked to the property to leave flowers outside the gate.
Josh says that Betty’s home would probably be sold for a nice penny, mainly because of the location … but he also puts a dollar figure on what her name alone means for a potential asking price. That’s a lot !!!
