Katie Price finally rejects bankruptcy proceedings AGAIN, as the court date has been moved back to February 2022

KATIE Price has suspended its final bankruptcy hearing AGAIN, as the trial date has been moved back to February 2022, The Sun can reveal.

The 43-year-old star was due to return to court before the end of the year to update the trustees on the repayment of her debt – but the hearing has now been moved.

A source told us: “Katie was due in court next month, but now the trial date has been moved to February 2022 – which is disappointing for many creditors.”

The former glamor model was declared bankrupt in November 2019, and in August we revealed that she risks jail time if she misses her next hearing.

Following the 2019 ruling, Katie had to pay £ 12,000 a month to her creditors after entering into an individual voluntary scheme (IVA) – but failed.

The next hearing is to review her attempt to pay off her large debts back to creditors two years after she went bankrupt.

Katie owes a staggering £ 3.2 million to her creditors, but will hardly pay it all back.

The mother of five saw her once lucrative £ 45 million media empire fall apart after the fall of her third marriage to Kieran Hayler and the collapse of her business.

And earlier this year, Katie was hit by a takeover bid for her home of £ 1.35 million after failing to repay a debt of more than £ 500,000 on the property – called Mucky Mansion.

She risks losing the house if she cannot cash out the money to pay her debtors before a readmission hearing.

A cadastral search of the property reveals that owner Katie owes money to both Kensington Mortgage Company and attorney Archerfield Partners LLP.

It has been some difficult months for Katie, who was admitted to rehab in September after pleading guilty to drink-driving while disqualified.

She was spared an immediate prison sentence despite turning her BMW over after a booze and drug buoys.

But she could still risk jail time when she was convicted on Dec. 15.
