It has been revealed that Kevin Feige will no longer be head of Marvel’s TV broadcasts Disney Plus, which sounds bad, but it really is not.
It was revealed by Hollywood Reporter that Brad Winderbaum has been promoted to the position of Head of Streaming, Television and Animation at Marvel Studios.
Winderbaum has actually been in Marvel for a while.
He’s been a part of the 2007 Marvel sinc, and that’s a good thing.
Winderbaum is now executive producer on the new What if…? series and it has proven to be quite a success.
I really loved the first episode of the show and it sounds like the next two are going to be really good too.
Brad Winderbaum is now head of streaming, television and animation at Marvel Studios
Here’s what Brad Winderbaum had to say about What If …?:
We prioritized performance over audio-alikes. We tried to find people who could deliver a certain depth to the voice that acted beyond just sounding like an emulation.
The show came under some critics for not asking Dave Bautista to vote for Drax in the series.
Dave Bautista revealed this fact via Twitter, and he sounded pretty annoyed about it all.
The news that Winderbaum has been promoted does not mean that Kevin Feige is on his way out either.
It is actually the opposite.
