Responsibilities:
Two
full-time positions providing collaborative pianist services for advanced students in the School of Music
One position will require
expertise in instrumental collaboration
One position will require expertise in vocal collaboration
Faculty rank of Lecturer
(includes faculty benefit package)
Duties may include playing for individual rehearsals, lessons, studio classes, degree recitals,
instrumental ensemble or opera rehearsals, juries, and other duties as needed
Participate in the musical life of the School of
Music
Qualifications:
Exemplary keyboard performance and collaboration skills
Masters degree (in hand required at
time of appointment) or equivalent professional experience; doctorate in collaborative piano desirable
Extensive pre-existing
collaborative repertory
