Man arrested for selling obscene material to a minor – CBS Tampa

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (CW44News At 10) – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man accused of selling or distributing obscene material to a minor.

On Saturday, November 13, 2021, Noushad Ali, 40, walked into a bathroom stall in the Citrus Town Center Mall, while a 12-year-old victim walked into an adjacent stall. While the victim was washing their hands, Ali pointed to a cell phone under the booth and showed a video of two men involved in oral sex. The victim immediately left the bathroom, notified their parents, and Ali was later identified and arrested by HCSO detectives.

“This man’s actions are disgraceful and disturbing,” Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister said. “While this kind of shameful activity will not be tolerated in our community, and Ali pays the consequences of his actions, I urge parents to keep a watchful eye on their children and always be vigilant, especially during the busy Christmas shopping season.”

Ali was arrested and charged with selling or distributing obscene material to a minor.
