It may not be on display in a property in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but Marvel stars Charlie Cox and Tom Hiddleston have finally reunited. The two hit the red carpet together Sunday night at the 74th annual Tony Awards. Discovered along with soon-to-be MCU star Zawe Ashton, the three showed up at the awards ceremony in support of Treason, a play in which all three performed throughout 2019 and 2020.
In total, the play was nominated for four categories at the show – Best Resurrection of a Play, Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Play (Hiddleston), A Play’s Best Direction and Best Stage Design of a Play.
Ashton is set to appear in That Marvel as an antagonist and is often seen on vacation with Hiddleston, whom she began dating during their time on Treason.
Both Cox and Hiddleston went viral in 2019 to go to a Halloween party as each other’s Marvel character Hiddleston dressed in a Netflix-accurate Daredevil costume, while Cox acted as Hiddleston’s beloved Asgardian trickster.
While Hiddleston has been confirmed in the second season by Loki, there have been rumors about Cox in Spider-Man: No Way Home, a rumor that he continues to try to squash.
“My answer is, ‘No comment.’ I do not know what is going to happen, I really do not know, “said the Daredevil star in Forbes video makes its rounds online.
Loki Season 1 is now streaming on Disney +. If you have not signed up for Disney + yet, you can try it here.
