Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a part-time Professional Development Assistant in the School of Nursing and Health Studies.

The candidate would be expected to: assist with maintenance of addresses, communication, calendar files, filing systems and continuing education-related documents; open and process mail, prepare mailings, duplicating and faxes as required; assist with accreditation documents; collect and maintain records for participant registration database, confirm and process payment for programs; process correspondence, confirmation letters, course-related documents; assist in program planning, securing meeting rooms, parking, and ordering; answer telephone and relay messages; assist in maintaining and tracking department budget; assist with programs and events: guest relations/registration, sign-in, and assist with technology/audio visual set up; contribute to the development of course & program related documents and advertising materials; provide technology support for continuing education online classes: assisting users with login and monitoring use and progress in e-Campus.

Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment, Basic Knowledge of MS Word 2016, Basic Knowledge of MS Excel 2016

Experience in educational setting. Familiarity with nursing/medical terminology. Intermediate knowledge of MS Word 2016 and Excel 2016.
