Rhamondre Stevenson, Isaiah Wynn suffered injuries in first half vs. Dolphins – CBS Boston

BOSTON (CBS) – The Patriots no doubt wanted a win in their regular season finale in Miami. But getting healthy out of the game for the playoffs was probably a much more significant desire.

Unfortunately for New England, things did not go so well in that department.

Rookie runback Rhamondre Stevenson left the game after just a carry in two yards. He was assessed and considered to have suffered a head injury.

Left tackle Isaiah Wynn also sustained an ankle injury and also went to the locker room. He was replaced by Justin Herron.

Both players were considered dubious about the return of the Patriots.

It is worth noting that Damien Harris was noted as doubtful for the match with a hamstring injury. He was active for the game, but it was Brandon Bolden who scored the Patriots’ first touchdown of the day.

In addition, cornerback Sean Davis – a raise from the training team – suffered a shoulder injury and was listed as doubtful of returning.
