Samantha Ruth Prabhu is a star who always creates headlines to share inspirational messages and quotes via social media. Time and time again, Samantha motivates her Instagram family to be strong while facing all the difficulties life presents them with. Similarly, on January 9, the South Diva, after opening up about her mental problems, preached to fans about gaining strength and loving themselves first.
She shared two quotes from the well-known book Big Panda and Tiny Dragon to keep her fans motivated. While one of them read, “That tree has been through some hard times,” Little Dragon said. “Yes,” said the Big Panda, “but it is still here, and it has gained strength and beauty.” Another quote put it, “What if I meet people who do not like me or the things I do?” Asked Little Dragon. “You must go your own way,” said Big Panda. “Better to lose them than to lose yourself.”
Take a look at it below:
This happened after Samantha opened up about her battle with depression. The star said, “It’s very difficult to comment on one’s problems during depression. Nobody’s life is perfect, I know it pretty well. Since I’m on social media, I’ve been through this personally, now I’m strong. I I’m really inspired by Roshni and the Datla Foundation to offer this help to those in need. “
Earlier, Samantha shared an empowering message while looking at those who label women as ‘bossy’. Samantha retold a quote by Sara Blakely that strikes back at trolls who label women as ‘aggressive, bossy, difficult, too much, awkward’. Inspiring women to empower themselves, the viral quote concludes as “Please do not shrink yourself to make people happy. Be yourself, you are beautiful that way”.
It is certain that Samantha wants women to continue their laughter by going past all the negative connotations and comments thrown at them. In terms of work, Samantha Ruth Prabhu made her debut in the Hindi industry with the web show, The Family Man Season 2. Apart from this, she has a number of projects ready for her including Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal, Shaakuntalam and Yashoda.
