Strictly Come Dancing viewers began to question who voted for Dan Walker as he and Nadiya Bychkova advanced to the next stage of the competition
Strictly Come Dancing fans were not impressed this weekend as Dan Walker advanced to the next stage of the competition.
BBC Breakfast host and his professional partner Nadiya Bychkova were delighted when they realized they would not be in the eighth week.
Viewers, however, were less than happy and began to question who actually voted for father of three.
“So a good dancer, a better dancer, will leave this week because Dan is apparently appealing to some people,” one person wrote.
“Do not get me wrong Dan seems like a nice guy, but he should not still be on the show, it just means a better dancer will have to go #Strictly,” tweeted another.
A third person wrote: “Whoever votes for Dan should sit in the corner and think about their ridiculous decisions in life. #Strictly.”
A fourth smoke: “That was it. I boycott #Strict. I do not understand how Dan is through AGAIN, but it looks like he’s going to win, which is incredible. Face with symbols over mouth absolutely joke.”
Another added: “WTF? Dan seems comfortable enough, but he’s not a good dancer compared to the others. And he’s not even in the dance-off!”

It happens after many have accused the BBC show of being fixed, as Dan was not in the bottom two last weekend either.
When he went on Instagram last Saturday, Dan thanked his followers for sending him “friendly and encouraging” messages at the request of the correction.
He began: “Good morning, I hope you have a nice weekend so far. It’s another strict Saturday, it’s week eight, and we’re still here, still smiling, still enjoying it.
“We’re dancing an American Smooth tonight, and I did not know much about American Smooth until Monday, but the best way I can describe it is to say it’s a ballroom dance, but with a bit of a whallop, a little Hollywood glitz and glamor. It’s really fun, “Dan continued.
“And I just wanted to say a thousand thanks for all the great messages this week. Your support through this competition has been great, but especially this week there have been some really friendly and encouraging messages that have come through from all over the place. which has been nice, “he added.
