JOB SUMMARY:

Performs system design, programming, testing, documentation, and implementation for a large development project. Coordinates with system users and management, writes specifications for systems and develops software. Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES:

50% – Essential – Programming: Develops code that meets functional specifications, units tests custom solutions, communicates with technical lead or project manager regarding deliverable progress and quality. Analyze bugs and implement timely resolutions. 30% – Essential – Specification Development: Translates functional specifications, into technical specifications. Creates technical specifications that are used by developers and are made available to support functional specifications.

20% – Essential – Project Management: Manages scope, schedule, and budget to ensure custom requirements are delivered on time, of appropriate quality, and within the stated scope.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education – High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience – 1+ years; Associate’s / bachelor’s degree may be substituted for work experience.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Design and Development of system software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Standard Hrs: 37.5; Expected Salary Range: ($ 50,833.00 – $ 70,000.00)
