It seems that “dirty animals” from far and wide can eat junk food and see garbage in the “Home Alone” house itself just like Kevin McCallister.
Just in time for Christmas, a lucky Airbnb tenant will have the chance to stay in the famous McCallister family home for the very first time, located in the suburbs of Chicago in Winnetka, Illinois and hosted by Kevin’s older brother, Buzz McCallister.
“Even though we’re older and wiser now (I’ve even got my own security company), we’re never too old for holiday hindrance. So while we’re away on vacation (all of us this time), I invite a crew of bad guys to let their inner eight-year-old run free in my childhood home on December 12, ”Buzz, played by Devin D. Ratray, writes.
Booking of an overnight stay opens on December 7 at. 14.00 EST.
Most recently, Ratray played the role of the robber in “Home Sweet Home Alone”, the Disney + remake of the original 1990s classic holiday movie.
Guests are responsible for their own travel.
“Once you’ve built up an appetite, you can enjoy all the comfort food your heart desires, including lots of Chicago’s finest pizzas and a candlelit dinner with Kraft Macaroni & Cheese that can be heated in the microwave,” the review reads. “So, when you’re ready to relax, you can enjoy a preview of the movie series’ latest holiday adventure, Home Sweet Home Alone, on Disney +.”
Buzz will even provide a member of its security team.
The Airbnb specialty is being promoted to raise funds for Chicago’s La Rabida Children’s Hospital, which is “dedicated to maintaining and improving the quality of life for each of its patients with complex conditions, disabilities, and chronic illness.”
Some notable items from the film include the bedspread duvet seen in the film, a paint bucket hung from the ceiling that Kevin used to remove the bandits, and the bronze statue that was hit by “Little Nero’s” pizza delivery car.
The price of an overnight stay will be revealed when the booking opens.
The house was last sold for $ 1.585 million in 2012.
