Two injured as pigs storm golf course in West Yorkshire | UK News

Two people have been injured after two large pigs entered a golf course in West Yorkshire.

The pigs caused chaos at Lightcliffe Golf Club, Calderdale, by storming one of the greens and toppling bags.

Club professional David Mckidd, 40, said the two black pigs were first seen on the course on Sunday, injuring a golfer by causing cuts to his legs.

They returned later Tuesday and injured a male worker at the club who had tried to lead them off the field.

Both people suffered minor injuries to their legs and were treated at the hospital to protect against tetanus, Mr. Mckidd.
