He inspired netizens to hit the gate by saying that there is no substitute for hard work.
Virat went to Instagram to post a video and a photo of herself weighing training exercises in the gym with the caption, “There is literally no substitute for hard work.” Virat was wearing his hassle-free gym equipment and white laces and threaded the routine.
The video begins with Virat performing a weight training routine in the form of an exercise called Barbell split snatch. He understood the variation of the barbell snatch exercise in the short slow-mo clip. As for the picture, it shows the Indian captain in the middle of training training holding the barbell over his head.

Meanwhile, India’s first Test with England at Trent Bridge, Nottingham, ended in a draw on Sunday. In the second Test, India beat England by 151 runs to go up to 1-0 in the Test series with 5 matches. The third test at Headingley in Leeds starts on 25 August.
