Westerly winds of 10 to 20 mph will make it feel like -10 ° to -25 °. The most dangerous chills will be detected in the far west.

After a dangerously cold morning, Friday will be mostly sunny with highs in the low to mid-teens. Wind cold will vary from 3 degrees to as low as -10 degrees.
